Tek pak is not just a standard thermoform tool shop, we offer services beyond machining of pulp molds. We work closely with your design team to build smaller cavitation molds adapted into your onsite production machinery.
Tek pak’s experienced team will work with you to design and build tools based on your requirement whether that is a single cavity prototype tool or a multi-cavity high performance production tool.

Designs from a basic drawings thru development. All prototype tools are made of production quality aluminum. We are certified ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 design, development, and manufacturing. Additionally, we have Food certification FSSC22000, a Class 8 Clean Room and GPM manufacturing capabilities.

Tooling and Prototyping can be turned around in as little as one week.
